At America's Thrift Supply, we stand behind the quality of our curated fashion collections and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that due to the unique nature of thrifted goods, some clearance items are marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all store tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fashion pieces, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
